Good day!Today, we want to share our go-to Tahini dressing that we have been using for many years. It's SOOO: easy ✅, nutritious ✅, creamy ✅ and delicious 😋The critical ingredient is Sesame Crush. Our unique sesame paste is unlike the rest. Its remarkable flavour makes it more versatile than regular tahini, so it even works as a simple pasta dressing.Ready? ⬇️• TAHINI • DRESSING •
Sesame Crush: 30g (1 heaping tablespoon)
Dehydrated cane juice 10g (1 heaping teaspoon/ healthy sweetener, of your choice)
Water: 20ml (1-2 tablespoons)
Lemon juice: 10-15ml (or one big squeeze)
Pinch of pink salt• PASTA & BROCCOLI •
100g steamed/cooked broccoli (we prefer Tenderstem)
150g uncooked pasta• INSTRUCTIONS •
Cook the pasta according to instructions.
Combine Tahini dressing with broccoli and then mix in with cooked pasta.Enjoy! 😋Serves: 1 (2 if you think you can share)Let us know how it goes!
